2.      Featured Property:  We showcase our exclusive homes on our homepage and within a specific featured area of our site for maximum exposure.  We offer professional, high quality pictures showcasing our luxury home listings to buyers.  Our knowledge and expertise in presenting the most highly desirable pictures are the key in attracting buyers to our property listings.  We have a dedicated marketing specialist, Krisha Biggers, that works daily showcasing our luxury properties on our website. 

 

3.       Realtor Relations:  we work closely with all licensed South Carolina Real Estate agents and co-broke with them accordingly. As a member of the Charleston Multiple Listing Service all of our listing are entered on MLS. We understand the importance of working with our colleagues where we use our database and relationships to market your property with the most influential Realtor’s in the business. When we obtain a new listing, we notify all area Realtors by mass e-mailing them with an e-flyer showcasing our newest home offering.  Thus, our properties are networked very well within the Realtor community.  NOTE:  All e-flyers are e-mailed to every Realtor in the Charleston market!

 

4.      Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate:  As an invitational member only, we are honored to offer our exclusive homeowner’s an affiliation by having an exclusive listing with the most renowned luxury real estate website throughout the world, LuxuryRealEstate.com. Our home offerings are showcased to more than 40 million people a month through our member’s only affiliation.

 

5.      NY Times and Wall Street Journal:  Our affiliation with Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate offers our property listings to be linked with the NY Times and Wall Street Journal.

 

6.      Direct Target E-mailing:  we have compiled a mass database of thousands of perspective buyers and sellers that we market our properties to on a monthly basis.
