Charleston Coastal Properties has established professional relationships with the areas best custom homebuilder’s.  In addition to our experience and knowledge in real estate, we provide land acquisition services to numerous tract and custom home builders in the Charleston marketplace. We simply locate or obtain tracts of potential property, in desirable market areas, and initiate professional relationships with each party, for developmental purposes.

We have found that our builder’s network does not have the time or energy to locate all the land deals that are truly available to them.  We make it a goal of ours to inform our builder’s network of the most excellent building opportunities in the Charleston area. 

Our goal is to work exclusively with land owners and builder’s network to successfully communicate and streamline the land acquisition process, making the process as smooth as possible for all parties involved in the transaction.

Once we locate a parcel of land and negotiate an asking price, we contact our network of builders through a mass data e-mail, including information about the subject property, plats, surveys (if available), and pictures.  Given the luxury real estate market that we represent, we typically offer additional photographs of views as well as virtual tours so that our builders are well informed prior to moving forward.
