Charleston Coastal Properties provides Property Management services to our investment clients. Whether you’re an owner that needs a little assistance or an owner that needs a full service property manager, we’re here to help!
We offer two services that we believe will help you with all your rental needs. They are as follows:
- Limited Agency Agreement - we help owners on a “limited” capacity. We list owner’s rental properties on our website, with a direct link to the owner and or property manager to rent their properties directly.
- Full Service Agreement - we provide a turnkey operation for our investment clients. We handle all the day-to-day operations of property management. Owners will receive monthly statements and year-end income and expense reports.
