Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family. Whether he's walking the beaches of Sullivan's Island with his wife Alta, riding his boat along the intracoastal waterway, or fishing with his two sons, Eric appreciates all the lifestyles Charleston has to offer.

Brian brings much experience to Charleston Coastal
Properties, LLC , with
a background in real estate sales, appraising, mortgage banking,
and development. Brian has been active in residential real estate
for over seven years, and thoroughly understands the real estate
process.
Brian joined Charleston Coastal Properties, LLC from Wild Dunes Real Estate after selling properties in Charlotte with Uptown Charlotte Properties, LLC .
A native of Charlotte, Brian attended Charlotte Latin School . He then earned a Business Degree from The University of Alabama with a concentration in Marketing and Management.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys getting out on the water - whether it be fishing, boating, or just spending a relaxing day on the beach out at Wild Dunes.

Caroline joined Charleston Coastal Properties, LLC from Wild Dunes Real Estate after selling properties with Sotheby's International Realty in Jackson Hole , Wyoming .
Though she loved the skiing and fly-fishing out west, her deep southern roots brought her home to get some sand between her toes!
A true Southern gal - Caroline grew up in Atlanta until her family moved home to Columbia , South Carolina .
A graduate of Washington and Lee University , she majored in Economics and played on the tennis team. Fluent in French, she also spent a semester studying art in Paris and Nice.
Caroline has spent her summers on the coast of South Carolina , and combines her knowledge of the area with her background in economics to match the ideal property to each clients needs.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys the "low-country" lifestyle by biking, plein air painting, and hitting the tennis courts out at Wild Dunes . |
