I just wanted to comment on or stay at unit 6J at Simmons Point in Mount Pleasant, SC.  We were very excited when we opened the door and got a first view of this condo.  The view is absolutely awesome.  This unit was in a fantastic location between Charleston and the beaches and was VERY comfortable.  It was immaculately clean and in great condition. We cannot wait to come back to Mount Pleasant, but unfortunately for your rental, we are going to buy.  Watching the pelicans, sea gulls and dolphins from the condo is certainly a plus along with the tidal surges of 6 feet plus.
