He has a background in real estate sales, property management, and development. As the Broker-in-Charge of Charleston Coastal Properties, LLC, Eric serves as a mentor to our company.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family. Whether he's walking the beaches of Sullivan's Island with his wife, riding his boat along the intracoastal waterway, or fishing with his two sons, Eric appreciates all the lifestyles Charleston has to offer.

Krisha joined Charleston Coastal Properties after working as a clinical research analyst with a major medical firm for over 10 years. Krisha moved to Charleston from Cincinnati, Ohio, after vacationing to Kiawah Island with her family. Krisha earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Denison University and relocated to Charleston shortly after. Krisha works diligently with our team of agents along with their clients to successfully close our fine properties.  She has a wonderful, outgoing personality that brings unparalled support to our agents and clients. During her spare time, Krisha enjoys tennis, reading, walking on the beach with her Maltese, Lilly, and spending time with her husband and newborn baby boy, William "Banks" Biggers.

Kimberly joined Charleston Coastal Properties, LLC after selling new homes for two years with a top national builder, DR Horton.  From the moment Kimberly started a college internship as a real estate professional, she knew that she had found her calling.  After graduating from Wingate University with a degree in Business Marketing, it was inevitable that the place she had vacationed too so many times became her permanent home.

Kimberly brings much experience to our sales team.  Her thorough knowledge and background in Property Management, Vacation Rentals, and New Home Sales, brings much expertise to our company.  Her professionalism, cheerful personality, and care for her clients, are only a few attributes Kimberly has to offer. 

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, re-finishing furniture, working in the yard and enjoying a nice day on or near the water.  And, of course, she loves to spend as much time as she can with her playful dog, Molly.

It became clear to Emily a few years ago that Charleston, with it’s amazing people, culture, and proximity to the water, had her by the heart. “I was in the airport on the way back to Harbor Springs, MI after a visit with friends and I started to cry. I just didn’t want to leave. The lady at the airport gift shop thought I was crying about leaving a guy.” When Emily realized she was crying about leaving a place, she knew she’d be back to stay.  A graduate of Denison University she also holds an MFA from Bennington. Emily is our Sales and Marketing representative where she handles all the marketing for our premier listings.  She is the central point of contact for our sales associates and serves as our marketing specialist for all our real estate inventory.  Outside of real estate, Emily also enjoys teaching college English (writing and literature) and works as a freelance editor helping potential MBA and law school candidates prepare their essays.  We are excited to having Emily on our team.

Ansley joined Charleston Coastal Properties after working for more than 14 years in the hospitality, sales and marketing industry. Ansley was born and raised in Charleston where she attended The College of Charleston. Ansley has local knowledge that is unmatched in the Charleston market. Ansley has represented buyers and sellers through 1031 tax deferred exchanges as well as investor representation. She has a wonderful personality and enjoys working with her clients. During her spare time, Ansley enjoys boating, fine dining in downtown Charleston, and spending time with her two dogs Sadie and Sampson on the beaches of Sullivan's Island.

Will earned his degree in Business Administration with a Marketing Major from the University of South Carolina where he played football for the Gamecocks. He also earned his Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina. Will has been representing buyers and sellers for over 5 years and he brings unsurpassed local knowledge to his clients. During his spare time, Will enjoys running on the beach, watching his Gamecocks play football, and playing golf at Yeaman’s Hall.
